Delmon Precast Has Embarked On The Final Phase Of Their Factory Upgrade Programme

In the first half of 2019 the Company aims to complete their major factory upgrade programme. The final stage is in three parts. Firstly, is the replacement of the main concrete batching plant with a state-of-the-art twin mixer plant capable of producing both grey and coloured concrete, utilising normal or specialist aggregates. Secondly, the upgrade of the hydraulic press facility, installing a new automated take-off system to improve efficiency and product quality. Finally, the construction of a new mould fabrication facility enabling large scale steel moulds to be fabricated to the tight tolerances required before delivery to the production facility. Support from Tamkeen has been invaluable in assisting with the completion of this critical programme.
